Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Rates

• Over $200: Free
• Standard 0-5 lbs: $4.90
• Standard 5-70 lbs: $19.90
• Expedited 0-1 lbs: $6.90
• Expedited 1-5 lbs: $9.90 

All orders are shipped the next business day when ordered by 8:00 pm Pacific Time unless otherwise noted. All packages will be DELIVERED within five (5) to ten (10) business days when the free shipping or standard option is chosen. We ship from Bellevue, Washington, so some shipments may take longer depending on location. When a special shipping option is chosen like Expedited, the order needs to be received by 8:00 pm pacific Time to be shipped next day.

• Orders that are over 5 pound and choose to have the item shipped expedited or standard shipping over 70 lbs are subject to a higher rate. We will call you if the charge is higher than listed. An example of this would be buying five (5) or more of the same product and wanting to upgrade shipping to an expedited delivery. (The average weight of all items listed on site is 1.0 to 2.0 pounds).
• Due to manufacturers restrictions, on shipping, taxes, and tracking issues, we cannot ship outside of the United States.
• Due to these restrictions, we cannot ship internationally to Canada, Puerto Rico or any other address outside of the United States.

Shipping Times

All orders placed by 8:00 pm (Pacific) are shipped next business day.

Weekend Shipping

All orders placed over the weekend will be shipped Monday morning.

Shipping to a PO Box

We cannot ship to a PO Box; all orders must have a physical address to receive shipments.

Sales Tax

In accordance with applicable state and local laws, we are required to charge sales tax in localities where we have economic nexus. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, or Oregon.
